We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs. In most cases, we use UPS as our primary shipper. In situations where we can reduce costs for our customers, we will use US Mail or other outside sources. DrumSkull Drums uses 100% post consumer recycled boxes and packing materials in our shipments.
California Only - Standard Shipping
Choose this option only if you live in California. Our standard shipping services are USPS First Class and UPS Ground depending on the weight of the item(s) being sent. With this option, you will receive your items within 2-3 days anywhere in California. Insurance is included in the shipping cost for any item shipped. For anything larger than a few pounds, please include a physical address because UPS will not deliver anything to a PO Box. We generally ship within 2-3 business days after we receive your order. Continental U.S. (excluding California) - Standard Shipping
Choose this option if you do not live in California but do live within the Continental United States. Our standard shipping services are USPS First Class and UPS Ground depending on the weight of the item(s) being sent. If you live in the Continental U.S. and are not in a serious rush for your items, choose “Standard Service�?. With this option, you will receive your items within 7-10 days if you live on the East Coast and progressively less time the closer you are to California. Insurance is included in the shipping cost for any item shipped. For anything larger than a few pounds, please include a physical address, UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We generally ship within 2-3 business days after we receive your order. Email us for tracking information.
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Our Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories shipping service is USPS Priority Mail and Air Mail Parcel Post. This is by far the cheapest and most efficient way to ship to these areas. The service takes about 2-10 business days. Insurance is included in the shipping cost for any item shipped. We generally ship within 2-3 business days after we receive your order.
International (excluding Canada)
Our International shipping service is the USPS Air Mail Parcel Post. You will generally see your package within 4 – 10 business days. However, sometimes Cutoms in the receiving country will hold the package longer. Because the package leaves the hands of the USPS as soon as it enters your country, we are unable to provide tracking information and/or shipping insurance. However, We will take responsibility for any lost or damaged package. We generally ship 2-3 business days after we receive your order.
UPS 3 Day Select – Continental U.S. only
If you need to receive your items within the next three business days and live in the continental U.S., choose this option only if you live East of these states: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico. If you live within these states or further West, UPS Ground will get your item to you within 3 days. If you select this option, we will ship your package by the following business day. Insurance is included in the shipping cost for any item shipped. For anything larger than a few pounds, please include a physical address because UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Next Day Air
We can ship Next Day Air when absolutely necessary. Give us a call 831.429.5766 or email us and we will work out special arrangements.
